Hi, just wondering if winter blues elevate anxiety? Since I'm not working and sitting around a lot during the winter I work a lot during the spring and summer, seems like, I'm getting a mixture of both, anyone get this during the winter? It's kinda like a anxious feeling, tired, with boredom, let me know thanks
