My name is Aaron. I am currently studying to become a Certified Financial Planner.

I have struggled with Anxiety issues for most of my life. I am currently in therapy and have been for 10 years or so. Half and half group and individual.

My goals are to listen, and support other anxious people. And specifically, chat with others when I am feeling stressed with my studies.

If I can be of help, please let me know. that sounds of a good thing to do to help others with anxiety being that you have suffered with anxiety yourself me I have anxiety of it on for my me a couple years if not longer since I lost my job 8 months ago I have noticed it more and more the last 3 to 4 months but that might be because it's still winter time right now not heard it anxiety and depression goes up in the winter time
