Hi, im new to this forum, but have dealt with anxiety for a great deal of my life, i dont want to be so anxious about everything. Things for me need to change before too long.
I have looked around and internet and seen there is the panic away solutions and the Linden Method.
I haven't used them yet but i am looking in to investing in the Linden Method myself but didnt know if anyone had used it? or if the panic away is where to go.
Just generally need some help and advice.
