Hello
My name is Gary. I am a 24 year old college student and a USMC veteran. I suffer from a very wide range of anxiety and depression issues (which create an even wider range of symptoms) on a daily basis and it is making my life miserable. I refuse to take any medication after suffering from an adverse reaction to Trazadone. 3 of my closest friends have committed suicide and I fear I am on the same path. Ironically I am most definitely terrified of death at this point in my life. I want my old life back and a healthy mindset! I look forward to speaking to the members on this forum and learning how you cope the depression and anxiety.
