Night Torture !!

I know several people here wake up with panic but do others wake up with severe anxiety. I am waking up around 1:00 am and my nervous system is in flames - burning all over - shaking - muscle cramps - nausea and weird thoughts and frantic

I try to stay in bed and take it so I don’t wake my wife but this has become torture in spite of all my recovery work
