I have been in athletics all my life and in great shape. In previous anxiety episodes I could run or work out with no problem. Now I get sick when I do the least exercise. I just went for a 6 mile bike ride and an nauseated and shaking apart.

Anyone else who used to be able to exercise.

This is quite common, I couldn't exercise for a year or I'd shake, get spaced out, and feel sick. It is in part down to blood sugar, at least in my case.

The body can take a disliking to lactic acid too. Do you get body cramps at all? What happens if you exercise for a few minutes?

I checked my blood sugar and it is OK. I can feel sick at times from a 20 minute walk. I have muscle pain all the time and not just with exercise
