anxiety during winter

Can anxiety elevate by sitting around alot? I work constantly during the spring summer etc and my anxiety comes on a bit more it seems during the winter anybody else get that?

I believe anxiety can go up in the winter time I have done some reading about winter time depression and anxiety what I've read it is from the lack of sunshine and exercise we normally get other times a year
