spacy feeling when driving

Anyone know or experience spacy feeling when driving, I understand senses bring it on , but how do you get rid of the spacy feeling? Thanks

I'd start by paying attention to my breathing. Making sure you breath normally and stay relaxed. Alankay

I like driving alot, but something brings it on, and the spacy feeling is mostly from my eyes kinda like a high feeling I guess only when I drive , like I space out , happens on highways and back roads mostly
