Hello Group,

Never wrote or talked about my anxiety to anyone. It's just getting worse the older I get. My anxiety comes out in pains all over my body. Like muscle spasms.

if you are suffering from anxiety, you should seek help- pyschologist or psychiatrist. there are a few things that can help you calm down, such as chamomile tea, meditation, dr. bach's rescue remedy, keeping a journal etc. i also highly recommend dr. claire weekes books- hope and help for your nerves- it was suggested by one of the people on the forum and it was an extremely informative book. the important thing is that you're reaching out now- there are so much more of us than you think :) best of luck!!
