Gut Pain 24/7

I have had severe gut cramping and neausea for 7 weeks - had it a year ago for 4 weeks. Doctor found nothing.

This is really disabling - anyone else had this

Yeah I get pain and upset stomach a fair bit, its really silly because sometimes il even think to myself "wow, my stomach has been good today" and then 20 mins later I get cramping. The more you look for something the more you find it. I get random pains here and there as well, its all anxiety related. Once you relax and stop looking for it I find it goes away!
