Hi my name is Dennis and finally had the courage to register.
I suffer from various anxiety disorders since my late teens.
Social anxiety,panic disorder,agoraphobia,delusional syndrome,severe paranoia
Depression,low self image.
It has been controlling my life for 13 plus years.
I barely have contact with people.
I don't see my family or friends.
I really know how it feels to be lonely,and i'm as lonely as hell.
I use meds after quiting them a year ago.
I know now i can't function properly without them.
I now use citalopram(for the second time) and a couple of benzo's.
I hope i can meet people that can help me better cope with my anxiety.
I really hope i can find real support from people who go trough the same things
i go trough.
Because this intro barely describes the severity of my problems.
I hope this place can be a place where i feel comfortable to open up more about my problems.
