Hello,
I just found you, and your post on anxiety symptoms may have saved my next 15 days.
I will explain right away:
Almost 3 years ago I had a nervous breakdown and was diagnosed with a anxiety disorder. I was on 1mg Xanax for 18 months. I decided I should stop it, and had the mos
terrible tapering, with terrible withdrawal symptoms. I eventually overcame it, and been feeling quite good for the last year. Until... a few weeks ago I started having symptoms again: pains in my arms, tensions in my whole body, dizziness, tremors while sleeping, flashes of light when closing my eyes... so I started thinking I had MS and went to the doctor. She said it's propably anxiety, but I will be doing the exam in... 15 days. So, having read - which i know I shouldn't - hundreds of article about MS, I am now pretty sure I have MS. But your post gave me hope... I couldn't believe anxiety could be so strong has to do all this in your body... I must add that I did have private reasons to be more anxious, it didn't come out of the blue... of course, I will still be doing the exam, just to be sure, but at least I now have hope that this can be anxiety symptoms... with which I will also have to deal with.
It's good to have found you,
