Hi everyone,
I expect there are many new members since I was last here and hopefully a few of the old ones as well! Its been a fair while since I have been on, I went back to uni early in 2010 and over the last year I had almost no time to come on and say hello.
I have been continuing along fighting my own anxieties, for the most part winning, at the very least mostly subdued but certainly not without flare ups, the difference is I have managed to cope with them better than in the past. Now days I look at certain situations and think how before I would have been freaking out before but now I cope with them better.
I hope now that uni is wrapped up I wil have more time to come back and contribute!
