anxiety skin sensations

hi,
im curious of peoples expiriences with skin or body sensations while they suffer anxiety. like shooting pains, aches, tingles itches!! anyone? and the longer youve suffered with anxiety are your symptoms more severe? xx

yes i usually get a tingly feeling in my back between my shoulder blades along with many others but now i know its just my anxiety. i get them and i no they will pass so they go as quick as they came, they used to send me down the road to a full on panic i now know what they are so i dont start the whole fear negative thought process that leads me down that route.
