Hello! I recently came upon this site and decided to give it a try. I'm a 31 year old that has been suffering with anxiety for a little over 6 years now. I still remember my first panic attack like it was yesterday. I'm hoping to get some advice and feedback from people who truley understand anxiety and how difficult it can be to deal with on a day to day basis.
