anxiety sucks

I am 30 and wondering if I will suffer with this the rest of my life. I mean, it has been 10 years of panic, anxiety and depression.

The bad news is; maybe you will.
The good news is; it can be managed and you can have a good life. I'm in the midst of a med change and having a particularly bad day, so I'm right there with you. I'm 31 and been diagnosed with anxiety and OCD for 10 years. I rarely tell anyone, but I had to talk about tonight because I had a panic attack while out to dinner with the in-laws.

Anxiety does suck! no doubt about that, but you must remember, its very controlable, some people who have real physical problems are not as fortunate. So when you think you have the worst illness just look around you...
