Just a short note to say hello; I've had a scout about and this seems to be a place where so many people who have uncannily similar experiences to my own come, share, discuss and otherwise make it known just what a sh*t life can be when you've suffered anxiety, panic and various phobias, in my case for over 30 years. Too bad so many of the treatments I've read about have had zero effect on my condition, but I'm resigned now to keep taking the pills, for the rest of my life if needs be, barring some sort of miracle. That's a point; I haven't tried the Visit to Lourdes yet!
I don't seem to be a candidate for hypnosis - tried with a few therapists over the years but I'm just one of those unresponsive ones. Ah well. At least I've found a place I can feel at home with others who feel what I feel, and not like some sort of freak. Hoping to get to know you and maybe learn some new stuff that's passed me by for the last 30-odd years.
All the best then, I'm going to do some more exploring round the threads here.
