My brother has some anxiety, and a mint helps him relax. Saftey habit, I don't know, but it helps him. He uses SMINT. Very nice. It contains Xylitol, which cleans the teeth. No sorbitol (but check local ingredients). I've eaten 100 of these in a day, and I've never had any side effect, and believe me, I'm a MEGA sensitive guy. Anecdotally some things can cause laxative effects, but it is really rare, and by laxitive, it doesn't mean need for the bathroom constantly.

I am a mint lover, and have tried so many, and from health shops, specialty stores, all sorts. I'm afraid I've never seen one with Stevia only. Plus, In Europe, we see Stevia as a bit of a devil anyway, as it can cause far more problems than sugar or other sweeteners in many cases.

Any chance you could sip a peppermint tea very slowly, and maybe keep it under your nose? You'd avoid all other ingridients that way, plus peppermint tea is very relaxing on the stomach. I know anxiety can be very fussy though!

I hope you manage to find something!
