I have both as well. I'm 32 & I was perfectly fine until I had my first son 3 yrs. ago & then something clicked in me & I've never been the same. I've always had SA, but the hypochondria started when I had my first kid. I've been to pychologists, doctors, tried anti-depressants, tried ignorning it, etc etc....still searching for an answer.
