Hello everyone! My name is Phillip I am 25 and I have been dealing with anxiety for a number of years, I have not really been concerned with it before but lately it has begun to cause bigger problems, and some physical symptoms. I am glad I found this forum and I hope that I can get over my issues and if I can god willing maybe I can help some others. Thank you for the opportunity to be on here!
