Hi guys. I've suffered from anxiety for about a month and a half now. But in the past week, I haven't been able to sleep good. I constantly have thoughts running through my head. I fear I'm becoming manic depressive/bipolar and that I'm going to go mad. I need some reassurance :/ I slept for 3 hours last night cause i couldnt get to sleep, and when i did fall asleep, i woke up 3 hours later with so many thoughts in my head. I feel wide awake. its uncomortable. Do i need to be on meds?
