Severe Headache help!

for 2 days now ive had a horrible headache in my temples and the back of my head i do not understand as ive never had headaches before now. Ive said before health insurance isnt something i have so seeing a doc isnt possible anyone else have this ive also had some nausea with it

is there a reason to go or is this normal with anxiety

Yeah head aches are among the most common complaints, for all people. Tension/stress alone will cause that. If your vision is OK I bet you are too.
