I suffered with panic attacks 3 years ago when i lost my house and business. After 3 years of being unemployed i started a new job last month and my panic attacks have started again. My husband doesnt understand them so i suffer in silence. I am scared at the moment, i have had attacks on and off all day today luckily its my day off. I find it hard to anywhere outside my village in fear of being to far away from my comfort zone. At the moment i am at home whiley husband is working and i just want to cry as i feel so alone. I dont want to be controlled by anxiety and fear. I just dont know wot to do
