since january ive been getting muscle spasms and id blank out sometimes, and chest pains and heart pains like a jerking sensation and tingling in left arm and a shooting pains, and sometimes in my chest it will feel like theres a bubble growing in my chest then it feels like it pops, and stomach palpitations and pressure under my bottom left rib,and dizziness, i been for multiple blood tests and they came back clear and i had an exercise tolerance test and that came back clear. im getting really depressed over this.

If you've had a genuine stress test with a cardiologist and it came up clean I would say it's time to see a psychiatrist and get evaluated. You will feel a lot better when you realize that your symptoms are caused by anxiety, not that anxiety is a picnic.

I know what you mean about getting depressed over your symptoms, which is even more reason to get evaluated and get started on some kind of therapy. You will get better.
