What Do You Do On Days You Can't Focus?

You know, those days? I was beating up the navigator seat in the car because I was so distracted by angry thoughts, was wandering mentally during class and made dumb mistakes at the board, made wrong turns, didn't get done nearly as much as I should have got done.

It happens less than it used to but still, it's a problem.

just accept that is is one if those days, and dont beat yourself up about it, and always remember the next day will be better! I think sometimes our bodies are telling us its needs a break for a while to recharge xx
