Hi everyone,
You can call me Kato. I am 22 years old and have recently become a sufferer of anxiety attacks. My first attack was 2 months ago. I had extreme anxiety for 3 days and could not eat or sleep... I could barely get out of bed! I have just moved out to a new city, starting a new degree in University (I already have an engineering degree...)
Perhaps all this anxiety is stemming from things I have been avoiding dealing with for some time. When I was 16 my brother committed suicide around this time of the year... but for the last 6 years I have not had any problems with anxiety. I feel like this is coming totally out of the blue!
Anyway, I am already able to manage the anxiety a little better, but I feel pretty alone out here and would love to have some support from people who understand what we're going through here. I hope there is a light at the end of this horrible and depressing tunnel..
