Don't you hate it when you have those really long attacks that keep you from sleeping? I'm actually having one right now. Does anyone have any techniques that make dealing with these more bearable? I know sleep would help me, but I can't sleep because when I lay down and try, my mind goes crazy with what ifs and those little thoughts that I can't breathe, that I will suffocate, or lose my vision. If anyone has anything, that would be amazing.

try countering your thoughts in a tea form. Once you identify your thinking errors and refute them you will feel much better.
