pains in back of head on sides. numbness on left temple towards back anyone else

anybody else have these symtoms
all days ive had on and off pains in the back of my head on the sides and numbness in my left temple that comes and goes
been taking xanax now for 2 weeks..
scared im having stroke or seizure but DR keeps saying its anxiety attacks
and my cheeks get red and i feel hot

I've had anxiety for about 8 years now. When I get anxiety or a panic attack, my head and face get really hot as if i had a fever. I get alot of tension up my neck into my head and temples, even sometimes into my jaw. I get chest pains that sometimes radiate into my back. I take xanax as needed and it does help. I know how you're feeling.

i keep worrying its a seizure all the pains in my head and the tension and numbness
but glad to hear im not the only one
maybe i can stop giving myself these attacks if i stop thiking its a seizure

when i get headaches theyre usually at the back,also get the burning face too ,your not alonexxx
