Heart question

Is anyone else almost constantly aware of their heart? I have this pressure on my chest that feels like someone is just lightly pressing their fist into my chest. Sometimes I get a fleeting pain but its quickly gone.I also get some pretty wicked palpitations that send me into a very panic/ hyper aware state. I had 3 ekgs a blood test and a chest x ray monday and was told I'm fine. Is it really possible its just anxety? I would ask a psychiatrist but I just recently lost my job and healthcare so unless its an absolute emergency I can't really ask anybody.

Hi anxious dog, yes I think it is possibly just anxiety, I get sudden stabbing pains in my heart all the time and often feel my heart it beating irregularly or fast. I wouldn't worry too much if the tests where fine, you'll probably find the heart pain goes when you overcome the anxiety =)

happens to me all the time, along with head pressure, Its amazing what your mind can do to you.
