its like a dream..

hi my name is victor gatto. im 19 and i have had anxiety since i was 12 , but 8 weeks ago my life officially became hell.

I was sitting in the car on the way home from work (after having about 6 coffees from 9 to 5 ) and i was thinking about a person that passed away.

As soon as i put myself in hes position, i felt a massive cold feeling go from my brain to my feet, and then the massive anxiety attack began.

i asked my sister to rush me to ER because i thought i was having a heart attack, and when i got there, they werent suprised, with a big grin on there face.

as well as 3498234782 others, they thought it was anxiety.



for the past 8 weeks , i feel asif i have been living in a dream. it is not fun.
i think i have every disease in the world (hypochondriasis) but i end up coming clear every time.

i was on prozac and fluoxetine, and that made it worse. so i stopped taking both after a week.

one minute the pain is in my head, next its in my chest, so i decided to get xrays for my heart and brain, and both came up fine. it makes me angry.
