Yes,I've been singing for 5-6yrs now. It's kinda something you just have to face. You just have to sing even though you are scared to. It will get easier as you do.

If the worry/concern holding you back is a cracking voice talk to your GP about propranolol(20-40mg). It's used for speeches, etc, where that's an issue. I use it and it really helps. The dr. will know as he likely prescribes it for others for the same/similar reason. It's common for business execs. to use this, I bet you thought you were alone, eh? Not by a long shot. Message me any time. Face it with the med and go from there. At some point you need to sing to see how you do. You can slowly stop the med. if you build confidence. I used it to get through speech class at college(a required course for all) and without it I'd never tried. It(speech) was that bad but it did the trick and I;m better! I can give speeches!

Just what I want to say in previous post.
You should find your way singing without any helpful stuff and find your voice.
After that you can use things that make your voice better.
You had a good bariton and you are i think on right way record, analyze etc.
I hope that we can hear You more.

I haven't sung in years, even with my family. I feel humiliated each time I sing. After all, it's not such a big deal. If you don't want to sing don't. :)
