hi. basically my anxiety comes and goes and to be honest it does my head in. i do accept that it is anxiety after numerous trips to the docs and tests and i think this has helped a bit but i still get various symptoms. anyway what i am wanting to ask is if people understand / get this , right so when i am going into somewhere like a pub or a house with people i get palpitations but i really am not nervous about this but i still get the palpitations, when i go into the office at work i sometimes get palpitations but again im not nervous about going in , i really dont understand why i get this and its really getting to me. thanks

thanks man you really talk alot of sense. the phone ringing example i can definetly relate to, recently moved into my own house so when a chap at the door happens it is the exact same, sometimes palpitations, sometimes not. i know this is quite a repetitive question but what would ou personally recommend doing to try eliminate this stress. cheers much appreciated

I have this problem too plumb, I get palpitations when I don't feel anything sometimes. And when I do, it's the worst for me; if I have bad palpitations it's harder for me to relax and easier for me to get worked up with anxiety. But I really believe in what forwells is saying, I have noticed my body physically (as far as I can tell) getting more relaxed the last few days and I seem to have less palpitations.

This has helped looooads I hated it when doctors were like "you must have been anxious about something subconsciously" and then I'd deliberately pin something to why i was having panic symptoms even though I wasn't actually nervous. Thank you :)
