Keep Thinking I will lose my home!!!! Really scared!

I dont really have any reason to feel this. I work full time, have lived in my home for 15 years(It is housing association). Im not behind on the rent, but I still keep thinking I will one day not be able to afford to live her anymore. I live with my partner, my daughter and our 3 dogs!!! Ive always been a worrier, but I cant relax or switch off. Part of me thinks if I get too comfortable here it will be even harder to leave. Then I worry about my dogs if I do end up homeless!!!!!! GGGrrrrr why can`t I take each day as it comes and worry about things as they happen, not before!


would appreciate any advice xxxxx
