Do anyone else have weird thoughts?
Example: My mom said she was going out and no one was going with her. My younger sister wanted to go but said no one was going with my mom because she didn't want anybody to. My mind instantly put me in the car behind the wheel and I was driving the car with my mom in the car. This was all in my head and not physical.
This happens a lot and I get disoriented and kind of feel a little dizzy. Does anyone know what this is? Is it dissociation?
