My name's Jennifer, but Jen will do :)
I am 18 years old, and I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks.
I'm quite rubbish at initiating conversation and talking about myself, as you can tell, but please say hi. I've joined this forum to try and talk to people who also have anxiety and maybe help and support each other.
