Hi guys,
Ive recently been told from a mental health professional that I have anxiety and I am due to start councelling. The main thoughts I have most of every day are thoughts of ny wife being unfaithful. When she is not around or messaging on her phone I alsways have to ask who she is with/talking to to assure myself.
My wife is under a lot of stress at work and dealing with our 2 young boys so she doesn't need me being like this.
She has just told me that she doesn't want to be with me anymore because I am driving her away. This is the one thing I have always been the most afraid of.
I don't know what to do? Do I let her go and accept she'll be happier without me?
She has admitted she can't understand what I'm going through.
Has anybody else had someone leave because of their anxiety?
Anyone with some advice will be very much appreciated.
