hey! i just joined! my friend recommended this forum so I wanted to try it and talk to other people that can relate and understand :) i have social anxiety disorder, and i first had that, but then i got ocd too because of the stress from the s.a.d. im off school now thankfully and im getting better step by step :) my friends are so supportive, they don't mind helping me if i can't open a door or pay at the checkout, they are wonderful, and they don't treat me like a kid which is great too! my family are also supportive and they help out a lot. i think i got most of my anxiety from my dad's side because he has slight ocd and social phobia too. he's always cleaning, and he can't relax until our home is tidy and clean. its kind of helpful though, because my mum doesn't clean that much :) bye!
