Hi folks,
Has anyone ever noticed their anxiety crank up at a certain time of year, or in certain weather conditions? Last year my anxiety peaked around this time and was driven by a double situational – getting married and harassment from a downstairs neighbour.
As soon as the neighbour moved out it reduced; as soon as the wedding was past it was down even further.
In the last day or two it's cranked up –*we've had high temperatures with lots of humidity. Lots of little situational issues, but nothing major like that.
Any thoughts?
