Is this anxiety? please help me.

Hi. For the past few months, I have been having tightness in my chest that wont go away unless I am busy doing something. Its ruining my daily life because Im always in fear that I am having a heart attck, going to pass out, ect ect. I feel awful. I feel like I need to get up and run away. Run to where? have no idea. My hart does a fluttering thing and it freaks me out.

Has anyone ever experienced this? Is this anxiety? If it is, what can i do to mke it better so I can function, and be the mom I need to be to my 3 year old son.
