Hi everyone,

This is my first post and I hope it is in the right place.
I have read the forum rules about posting a link to a product but I genuinely need your advice.
I found a link to an alternative treatment in an article. (panicbegone.info)

Has anyone tried it? If so, is it any good?
I'm researching treatments for a family member who suffers from mild anxiety attacks, so any other suggestions would also be welcome.

Thanks for your time and apologies if this was the wrong place to post.

Hi acasey,

Is it $9 a month? Do you think it is worth signing up for a month or a yr? What did you do?

Thanks :)

Welcome
I've been to three hypnotherapy session (only 1 where I was hypnotised) and ever since I no longer suffer from panic attacks. It s very important though that you find a good therpist that you do trust or else it s just a waste of time and money.

My first panic attacks where quite bad ,I fainted once and an ambulance came another time because my heart rate got so fast.
