Hi!
My name's Nicoletta. I'm 22 and live in GA with my husband. I've been struggling with anxiety for a couple years now, but have always had small episodes since I was a child... My anxiety just never fully developed until I became an 'adult' lol. I have GAD and Health Anxiety/Hypochondria which i'm currently not on meds on for (but looking to go back down the med route very soon).
I know a decent amount about what triggers and feeds my anxiety, only I have trouble addressing and eliminating these things. I have a pretty stressful lifestyle; my husband is in the US army which is more like a lifestyle than a job (sigh) and is away a lot for training and dreaded deployments. I could say around 80% of my current anxiety comes from what he does for a living which sucks, because we have a great marriage otherwise and divorce/seperation is not an option :p
I also moved over here from Australia to be with my husband so I get homesick a lot, and out of my element being in a different country without my family and friends I grew up with. Oh well, such is life!
Anyway sorry for rambling, it's nice to meet you all!!!
