Anxiety and brain twitches/pains?

Do any of you ever get weird twitches in your brain or what feels like a little lightning jolt in your head or even like the weird fluttering heart beat in your temple? Thats when I start getting anxious and feeling like I have a brain tumor or something crazy and I feel like I'm constantly having a pain in my head.
