New and worried

Hi, I am new to all of this, just seen my GP yesterday and she confirmed anxiety. Wont go into details right now as this is to just say hello. I live in London and work as a childminder, married and two daughters still at home, thats about it. Looking for information and help to cope with this scary thing thats happening to me

Hi Lily, I am fairly new here as well. (joined a weeks ago, but revisiting as I've been having rough days) I live in the US and have been dealing with some panic issues for years. Yea it's scary stuff - you're not alone. Seems alot of people here could relate.

Thank you both for your replies. It's good to "talk" to other people who are also going through this. It feels very lonley when suffering with this. I will read the posts and hopefully make some friends and get some advice how to cope x
