hey guys
this week has been bad for me, i have been worse than usual in sadness and anxiousness, yet i havnt had much stress, so why is this?
the only stress iv had this week was at the start which was due to an argument with my girlfriend
yesterday i got discharged from my therapist, i hope it wasnt to early :(
