Hello all,
Just a quick note to say don't forget about the chat room further down the main forums page. I have only recently joined this site but am going to try and spend some time in there to help people who may need to talk about any issues or thoughts they are facing. I am in the UK and so the times I am on may differ to your normal hours of waking etc but for anyone who can get in the chat room it would be great to speak to you and try and help each other out. Whether you are here for help or to help others I think the chat room could be a really useful thing if you are in need of immediate help.
