Hi everyone, my name is Nikita. I have been on benzos for 15 years and almost off now. But the time it took me to get to this point has been a living hell. There is always a body issue going on and panic attacts are with me always, even in my sleep. I know the only way out is thru so I am trying really hard to be strong. I hope to find moral support here and promise to give 100% to others. Together we can accomplish anything.

wow 15 years is a long time. What dose are you on now and what was your most at your worst? im at .5 a day on klonopin for a year now and im starting to feel the need to try and stop the med. i hope your getting therapy as well as it is extremely hard to do it on your own without being coached. And yes if you feel the need to chat with someone thru your process i would like to help if you want. i have been on this site for about 2 weeks now and im very active here. hope this heplps.
