Anxiety strikes at work, pleaase help.

Hi, I've been experiencing GAD for about 8 months now & have tried everything, therapy, meds, nothing worked. I've been working through it and feel a bit better at home or anywhere except work! As soon as I enter the office, it;'s like anxiety strikes & I struggle so much! As soon as lunch comes, I'm ok and then back to anxiety when I return. Does anyone know why this could be? Has anyone had a similar experience? Please help! I need advice!

I would say that its probably related to something you have encountered at work, or perhaps work was the first place you noticed your anxiety, so now everytime you go to work you get this fear that your going to experience the same thing again?
