Hey folks,
I'm a 37 year old guy who deals with lots of anxiety, pretty severe panic attacks and depression. Having a pretty bad day today and have been meaning to seek out a forum where I might talk to others who experience some of the same...so a rough day like today seemed like a good day to do so. I hope I'll be able to contribute to the forum.
