I have realized that my anxiety and depression are much less severe than some, but it's still a problem. I have suffered from anxiety for my entire life, though it was only diagnosed two years ago. Since then, I have been on several medications. I was also diagnosed with depression while going through a divorce while also serving a tour in Afghanistan. Today my depression is worse than normal because of problems with my SO. I'm surprised that he hasn't left yet, to be honest. I just had to talk to him about my disappearing sex drive (he's 25, I'm 23). I am mostly happy with my current meds, but I still have days like today where I feel worthless and think about things that I shouldn't think about. I'm not sure what the point of this post is other than I currently feel horrible (mentally and emotionally). I've dealt with this all of my life, but it still feels like something completely unnexpected when it happens and I'm never sure what to do. Work starts in 20 minutes...
