Does anyone else wake up feeling sick in the mornings? I have been having this issue for days.

I've found that the mornings are worse for me, too. As soon as I wake up- it doesn't matter what time - my stomach is churning, I feel hot then cold and my heart races. I usually feel better by lunchtime.

I tend to feel better by lunchtime too, but it is very unsettling.

Yeah, same here. Mornings are no good. Sometimes I wake up having anxiety, but always wake up a bit nauseated. I notice that sometimes I just accept it, and stop caring and that's when it stops effecting me so much. ha

Also, don't forget that your blood sugar drops way down, which is enough to make a normal person feel a bit off in the morning. So when you throw anxiety into the mix, your brain starts to rapidly make mountains out of mole hills. I notice that if I eat a cheese stick, or a spoon full of peanut butter in the morning it helps me feel better a lot faster. :)

Mornings are generally worse for me too. If i have been feeling anxious for a few days, I can wake up one morning with a very sensitive stomach, dry mouth, feeling sick. Sometimes I am even sick. But I always feel much better afterwards. It's horrible isn't it?
